The terminal 180 nucleotide sequences from Streptomyces chromosomes and linear plasmids are aligned. R and L indicate right and left terminal sequences of the replicon, respectively. S. avermitilis, S. coelicolor A3(2), S. lipmanii and S. parvulus are terminal sequences of the chromosomes. SLP2 and pSPA1 are the linear plasmids.
